These Invitee Terms govern your use of the scheduling pages, booking links, and embedded forms provided through Advantage Studio (the “Service”), operated by Seashell Agency FZ LLC (“Advantage Studio,” “we,” “us”). By clicking “Book,” “Schedule,” “Submit,” “Continue,” or otherwise interacting with one of these pages, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
The appointment, services, and communications you request are with the Business, not Advantage Studio. The Business is responsible for its services (availability, pricing, quality, fulfillment), for the content of its pages and messages, and for complying with the laws that apply to scheduling, communications, consent, and privacy.
Advantage Studio only provides the technology used to create and operate these pages and process scheduling workflows. We are not a party to any agreement between you and the Business, and we are not responsible for the Business's acts, omissions, services, or follow-up. The Business may provide its own terms and privacy notice, which govern your relationship with it. “Powered by Advantage Studio” is shown for transparency and does not replace the Business's notices.
These pages are intended for individuals at least sixteen (16) years old (or the higher age required by your local law to consent to the processing of personal data). If you are under that age, do not use them.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and you are responsible for what you submit. You must not attempt to disrupt or probe the Service, submit malicious code or spam, impersonate anyone, or use the pages for unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing purposes. We may block abusive activity to protect the Service and the Businesses using it.
When you submit your details, you may receive operational messages about your request — confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, and follow-ups — sent by or on behalf of the Business, using Advantage Studio as the delivery layer. If the Business enables SMS, email, or other channels and you provide the relevant contact details, you may exchange messages with the Business through them.
You can ask the Business to stop contacting you by replying “STOP” or by clearly stating you no longer wish to receive messages; the Business is responsible for honoring that request. Direct any communication preferences or complaints to the Business that contacted you. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery (carrier issues, spam filtering, outages, or incorrect contact details can affect it).
The information you submit is processed as the Business's data, with the Business as controller and Advantage Studio as processor, as described in our Privacy Policy. For access, deletion, correction, objection, or opt-out requests, contact the Business directly.
Depending on the Business's setup, these pages may connect to third-party services (video conferencing, calendars, email, messaging, telephony). Your use of them is subject to their own terms; we are not responsible for those services.
The Service (software, design, and branding) is owned by Seashell Agency FZ LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these pages solely to interact with the Business.
THE PAGES AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVANTAGE STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the pages will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Business will accept or honor any request.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVANTAGE STUDIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. Our total liability relating to these pages will not exceed US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
These Invitee Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Seashell Agency FZ LLC at its registered seat (Dubai, U.A.E.), excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits mandatory rights or protections you have under the laws of the country where you reside, and you may bring claims in the courts of your residence where that right cannot be waived.
We may update these terms and will post the new version with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
