This policy explains how your personal data is handled when you fill in a form or booking page powered by Advantage Studio. In plain terms: the business you contacted decides how your data is used; Advantage Studio only provides the technology and stores the data securely in the European Union; nobody sells it.
The business you contacted (the owner of the form or booking page you used) is the data controller: it decides why and how your data is used. Advantage Studio, operated by Seashell Agency FZ LLC (Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.), is the processor: it operates the platform and handles the data only on that business's instructions. For any request about your data, contact the business directly. You can also reach the platform at contact@advantage-media.io, and we will route your request to the relevant business.
Note that the contact details you type may be saved as soon as you complete a field, even if you leave before submitting the full form or booking a time. This lets the business follow up on the request you started. If you do not want this, ask the business (or email us) to delete the partial entry, and it will be removed like any other data.
Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6): your consent when you submit the form, and the business's legitimate interest in following up on a request you initiated.
Your data is stored on infrastructure located in the European Union. Access is restricted to the business you contacted and to Advantage Studio acting as its processor.
Your data is kept as long as the business needs it to handle your request and its relationship with you. In practice:
You can ask the business for earlier deletion at any time, and it applies to partial entries too.
Your data is not sold and not shared for third-party advertising. It is accessible to the business you contacted and to the technical providers strictly needed to run the service: EU-based hosting and database infrastructure, calendar providers (such as Google Calendar, to create the appointment in the team's agenda), email delivery, and telephony. Each provider is bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements. Where Google services are used, data is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
No AI training, no profiling. Your data is never used to train artificial-intelligence models, and never used for automated decisions that would have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, port or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Address these requests to the business you contacted (the controller). If you cannot reach it, email contact@advantage-media.io and we will forward your request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Advantage Studio is operated by Seashell Agency FZ LLC, established outside the European Union. Your data remains hosted in the EU and any transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses). An EU representative under Art. 27 GDPR is designated where required.
