If you filled in a form or booked a call on a page powered by Advantage Studio, this is not the page you are looking for: your data belongs to the business you contacted, and the policy that covers it is the Privacy Policy for forms and booking pages.
This policy explains what Seashell Agency FZ LLC (Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.) does with the personal data of the people who sign in to Advantage Studio: the members of a business that runs its sales operation on the platform. For that account data, Seashell Agency FZ LLC is the data controller and answers for it directly.
There is no public sign-up. An account exists because a business already using the platform invited its holder into its workspace. That business decides what the member can see and do, and can suspend or close the access at any time.
Member data is not used for advertising, is never sold, and is never used to train artificial-intelligence models.
A member may choose to sign in with their Google account instead of a password. Google then shares three things, and only three: the Google account identifier, the email address, and the basic profile (name and profile picture).
Signing in reads no calendar, no email, no file and no document. That data is used for one purpose, identifying the member and opening their session; it is stored in the platform's authentication database in the European Union; it is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to train artificial-intelligence models.
A member can stop using it at any time by signing in with their password instead, can ask for the Google link to be removed by writing to contact@advantage-media.io, and can revoke the access themselves from their Google account security settings.
Advantage Studio's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
To place appointments in the right agenda, a member may connect their calendar to the platform. That is a distinct, explicit consent, asked for at the moment it is needed, never granted by signing in, and revocable at any time from the platform or from the provider's own account settings. It gives the platform what the booking feature needs and nothing else: reading when the member is busy, and creating or updating the appointments the platform books. Its content is used to run that member's agenda, and never for any other purpose.
Member data is stored on infrastructure located in the European Union. It is visible to the administrators of the member's own workspace, and to the small number of Seashell Agency FZ LLC staff who operate and support the platform. Beyond that, it reaches only the technical providers strictly needed to run the service: EU-based hosting and database infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, and the calendar or messaging providers a workspace has chosen to connect. Each is bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements. It is not sold and not shared for third-party advertising.
A member can access, correct, delete, port or object to the processing of their account data, and withdraw a consent they gave. Write to contact@advantage-media.io. Note that some requests touch the business's own records rather than ours: an audit trail its administrators need, for instance, is data we hold on that business's behalf, and we will route the request to it. Everyone also has the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
Seashell Agency FZ LLC is established outside the European Union. Data remains hosted in the EU, and any transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses). An EU representative under Art. 27 GDPR is designated where required.
This policy changes when the service changes. A substantial change is announced before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page always says which version is in force. In particular, no new category of data coming from a connected account is ever read before this page says so.
