These terms govern the use of Advantage Studio, the sales operations platform operated by Seashell Agency FZ LLC (Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.). They apply to the business that subscribes (the Customer) and to every person the Customer invites into its workspace (a Member). Using the platform means accepting them.
Different terms cover different people: if you landed on a form or a booking page run by one of our customers, the text that applies to you is the Invitee Terms, not this page.
How the personal data of a Member is handled is set out in the Platform Privacy Policy. The data of the leads a Customer collects is covered separately, by the Privacy Policy for forms and booking pages.
Advantage Studio gives a sales organisation one place to run its operation: capturing and qualifying leads, booking and holding calls, tracking deals and payments, deriving commissions from those payments, and reporting on all of it. Access is granted per workspace, and what a Member can see and do is decided by the Customer through roles and permissions.
All data a Customer puts into the platform, or that the platform collects on its behalf (leads, calls, deals, payments, documents, recordings), remains the Customer's property. Seashell Agency FZ LLC holds it as a service provider, uses it to operate the service for that Customer, and does not sell it, does not share it for third-party advertising, and does not use it to train artificial-intelligence models. Personal data within it is handled as described in the Privacy Policy for forms and booking pages.
A Customer may export its data while its account is active. On closure, the data is permanently deleted within 90 days, and encrypted backups rotate out within 30 days of that deletion.
The platform can connect to third-party services on the Customer's instruction: calendars, email delivery, telephony, payment processors, advertising platforms and messaging tools. Each connection is granted explicitly, is limited to what the connected feature needs, and can be revoked at any time by the Customer, from the platform or from the third-party account itself. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Each third-party service remains governed by its own terms, and Seashell Agency FZ LLC is not responsible for an outage or a change of policy on their side.
The platform must not be used to send unsolicited messages in breach of the applicable law, to store or process data unlawfully obtained, to impersonate anyone, to attempt to reach another workspace's data, to probe or overload the infrastructure, or to resell access to a third party without a written agreement. Serious or repeated breach is grounds for immediate suspension.
Access is subscription-based. The applicable plan, price, billing period and any usage-based component are those of the order form or subscription agreed with the Customer, which prevails over this page in case of difference. Fees are payable in advance and are not refundable for a period already started, unless the law says otherwise. Non-payment after notice is grounds for suspension, then closure.
The service is provided on a best-efforts basis. Maintenance may interrupt it, and we aim to announce planned interruptions in advance. Unless a separate service-level agreement has been signed, no availability rate is guaranteed. Support is reached at contact@advantage-media.io.
Commission, payroll and revenue figures are computed from the payments and contracts the Customer records in the platform. They are a faithful reading of those inputs, not accounting or tax advice, and they do not replace the Customer's own bookkeeping or its obligations towards the people it pays.
The platform, its software, its interface and its documentation belong to Seashell Agency FZ LLC. Using the service grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the duration of the subscription, and nothing more. No right is granted to copy it, decompile it, or build a competing service from it.
The agreement runs for as long as the subscription does. Either party may end it in line with the subscription terms. Seashell Agency FZ LLC may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or whose fees remain unpaid after notice. On termination, access stops and the deletion schedule above applies.
The service is provided as it is, without any implied warranty that it will fit a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Seashell Agency FZ LLC's total liability, whatever the cause, is capped at the fees paid by the Customer over the twelve months preceding the event. Indirect losses, including lost profit, lost opportunity and loss of data that the Customer could have exported, are excluded.
These terms may change as the service evolves. A substantial change is announced to Customers before it takes effect, and continuing to use the platform after that date means accepting the new version. The date at the top of this page always says which version is in force.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protection a consumer or an employee may enjoy under the law of their own country.
